The 28th Signal Company in Peace and War (1946 to 1959) by Robert W. Cronenweth.

This book relates first-hand, through original documents, personal accounts and numerous photographs, the history of the 28th Signal Company from its reversion to the peacetime Pennsylvania National Guard in July, 1946 through Korean War mobilization in 1950 to its reassignment as the 28th Signal Battalion in June, 1959. It will be of general interest to past and current members of the 28th Signal Company and the 28th Signal Battalion, and their families and friends. It may also interest military historians seeking details of signal activities and equipment during that period. The author is a former Division Signal Officer and Company Commander, and was the first commander of the new 28th Signal Battalion.
